Out of Covid brought the “ Next Wave “ Art Wavy to downtown Las Vegas joining the forces of David Soto and Janel Raihl. The gallery features originals of Janel Raihl Fine Arts as well as all of the collaboration pieces with David Soto alongside his original work.
